At Punkyouth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
